Early this year marked an exciting new era in the Sam's Paddock and the Kenny's Creek Beef journey. We drafted out 140 of our finest Kenny's Creek Angus cattle which will begin their journey next week from Boorowa to Macau. The cattle will load for a truck to Casino (northern NSW) to be processed and then boned and boxed. Our beef will then make its way via ship on a 20 day journey from Brisbane to Hong Kong and finally into Macau.
The specification for future Chinese exports of Kenny's Creek Beef are becoming clearer and very shortly we will be putting up the specification for future purchasing of both Kenny's Creek steers and also heifers. It has been a pain staking process getting this far but things are now under way and hopefully we will be able to offer more marketing opportunities for our clients in the near future.
