All females have been independently evaluated for structural soundness and fertility.

If, during the next 12 months, any of our females become infertile or break down, provided it is not caused by injury or disease contracted after leaving Kenny’s Creek Angus, we will:

(a)	replace the female with as close a match as possible; or
(b)	grant a full credit (less any salvage value).

If after conducting blood tests, the embryo calf is not as declared in the catalogue, then a full refund of the purchase amount, plus cost of all tests will be made. In such circumstances the cow and calf would revert in ownership to Kenny’s Creek.
