I got bogged last Saturday - which although a common occurrence in 2022 - now seems a little more reckless. I would like to blame the three boys fighting in the back seat - but the reality is, we are wetter here in Boorowa than most other places in the state, and I paid the price.

Well it has been a while and apologies for lack of comms over the last few months. Like everyone we have been short on ‘people power’ and our newsletter has paid the price. Hope there is something of value in the below for you. As always we try and capture a few things that are influencing our mind set in the beef industry.

Thanks to everyone that took part in our sale last week. It was a great day for us and we enjoyed seeing our bulls going out to good homes.

We have just finished washing and weighing the bulls - all ready for sale day tomorrow. With all the mud about, they probably won't stay clean for long!

Well it has been a quiet few months from me and I apologise. Back on the emails now. Not sure I would have been much help on market updates. From Covid to the Ukraine the affects on the global cattle markets have been front page events.
